We’re lucky enough to have various plots at the Weybridge allotment where our young adults get experience in growing fruit and vegetables as well as to generally maintain the plots throughout the year. It gives them an enormous sense of achievement when they harvest the produce and then use it in their own cooking. One of the plots is a sensory garden – a lovely quiet place for them to just sit and enjoy the sights and smells in a relaxing environment.

Allotment Soup and bread
Autumnal vegetables have been picked from our allotment and turned into vegetable soup along with gluten free bread. The soup is being made during our cooking and baking sessions and everyone is loving it now the weather has turned colder.
